This applies to permanent residents and citizens of the United States who live within 200 miles of Jim Thorpe, PA 18229 USA – our targeted market. Others – whether a current or former client/prospect or not, inside or outside our market area, who was solicited/referred or not, who moved into or out of our target market – agrees to be subject to any and all prevailing County of Carbon, State of Pennsylvania privacy law as well as the Carbon County, PA jurisdiction.

You may have the following rights. To exercise your rights and if you are in our target market above, please contact us by mail to JTVRs, POB 4134, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229. You will need to include your full name, Address, email and phone number so we can verify it is YOU. Please put PRIVACY REQUEST in the Subject line and allow up to 45 days for a response. If you do not hear back from us, check that you used the correct address and included the required information.

Your request must be in clear simple English, less than 500 words, must specify which of the following rights you are requesting to exercise (and how) so it is understandable to us and must be sincere, not a nuisance request.
